Peter joined Harneys in 2012 and is a senior associate in the Hong Kong office.
His practice focuses on international commercial disputes, with a particularly emphasis on shareholder disputes, asset recovery proceedings, and contentious insolvency proceedings.
Peter frequently acts in cases where proceedings are on foot in a number of different jurisdictions involving complex conflict of laws and jurisdictional issues.
Peter has experience of a broad range of interlocutory applications, including freezing and associated injunctive relief (both free standing and in aid of foreign proceedings) and disclosure orders.
Prior to joining Harneys, Peter practiced at a US firm in the City of London. His experience there had a particular emphasis on cross-border commercial litigation and international arbitration. He also gained significant experience of multi-jurisdictional regulatory investigations and enforcement proceedings.
Peter spent his formative years in South East Asia.

Stephentica Lee is an associate of the firm’s Litigation and Restructuring Department in Hong Kong. She joined the firm in 2014 and has experience in general commercial litigation. Stephentica was trained with Richards Butler before joining Allen & Overy’s dispute resolution team, where she gained experience in a wide range of contentious disputes including those with regulatory and insolvency elements.
