Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) CPT Requirements
According to the regulations of the Securities and Futures Commission in Hong Kong, every licensed individual must complete a minimum of 10 hours of Continuous Professional Training (CPT) each calendar year. Responsible Officers (RO) and Executive Officers (EO) are required to take 2 extra CPT hours (i.e. at least 12 hours per year). Each licensed individual must attend 5 hours of relating topics on each type of Regulated Activity (RA) with which they are involved.
