Amirali Nasir solicitor admitted in Hong Kong and England and Wales, founder of NASIRS® (formerly AB NASIR & CO.®).  Accredited mediator by CEDR, HKIAC and HKMAAL.  Mediator, formerly assessor on Mediation accreditation course, former vice chairman of the Regulatory Sub Group-Working Party on Mediation (2008) appointed by the Secretary for Justice; former member of the Law Society Mediation committee, formerly on Advisory Board of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre ("HKIAC"), established under Arbitration (Appointment of Arbitrators and Mediators and Decision on Number of Arbitrators) Rules (Cap.609C).  He is also a regular speaker on Risk Management, Solicitors Accounts, Professional Conduct, Corporate Governance, Civil Justice Reform, Islamic Finance and Innovation in Mediation.

Amirali is a member of the of the Guidance Committee of the Law Society of Hong Kong.  Standing Committee on Compliance, Consents Committee, Chairman of the Guide Working Party, Chairman of Innotech Committee, Member of the Working Party on Solicitors' Accounts Rules, Chairman of the Working Party on Solicitors' Practice Rules and former External Examiner on "Accounts" for PCLL "Professional Practice and Management" and "Corporate and Commercial Transactions I" Examinations for The University of Hong Kong.

Amirali is the Chairman of Islamic Finance Committee for the Law Society of Hong Kong.  Participant and speaker at local and international conferences on Islamic Finance and Takaful (London, Singapore, Malaysia, Iran, Brunei and Dubai), past lecturer on the Certificate in Islamic Finance and the Advance Certificate in Islamic Finance provided by HKU SPACE.  Participant in conferences on corporate governance in Hong Kong ["Ethics - The Core Value of Leadership" and "Corporate Governance in the Financial Sector" arranged by the ICAC] and international conferences on Corporate Governance.  Speaker at the Global Young Leaders Programme organized by the Global Institute For Tomorrow (GIFT).

Amirali represented NASIRS® and The Law Society of Hong Kong on 18 March 2013 at the Bills Committee meeting at the Legislative Council on the proposed amendments to the Inland Revenue and Stamp Duty Legislation (Alternative Bond Schemes) (Amendment) Bill 2012.
